New Hair for Summit

This week my team had a really interesting challenge. We decided we wanted a new hair style for our last competition of the season. We wanted more than the basic cheerleader ponytail with a bow. It was time to get creative. I started looking through tons of other teams pictures, Pinterest, and instagram. It was hard to find ways to incorporate what everyone wanted. Some wanted scrunchies, some wanted curly hair, some wanted braids. So finally I realized it was time to just come up with something else. I had the idea of doing a braid that went from the bottom of our hair up wards to form a ponytail, use a scrunchies to hold it up, then curl the ponytail. The team seemed to love it. This relates to learning outcome 1 because I was able to use my strengths of listening to peoples wants and using that to grow my creativity.
